Overview of Registration for Participation

Make your registration during the period.
Pre-registration is not complete until (1) registration information has been submitted internally and (2) payment has been received.

Registration Period for Participation: January 9th - February 19th, 2020.
Payment Deadline: February 19th, 2020.
*It must have a stamp with the date of receipt by the Post office. The date has to be on or before February 19th, 2020.
*If the Payment Deadline has passed without payment, your registration for participation will be cancelled automatically.

* For Residents Outside of Japan
Since we do not accept payment via overseas remittance, please contact us via E-mail (nenkai_at_chemistry.or.jp) by February 19th, 2020, after submitting your registration information online. We will send you information on the payment process.
*If the Pre-registration period has passed without any contact from you, your registration for participation will be cancelled automatically.

If you are a foreign national, you can registrate as "International", no matter whether you are an individual CSJ member or Non-member.
You will get the collection of papers and a program. You can choose DVD or USB for your collection of papers.

■If you have already applied for your presentation : login to Meeting's MYPAGE and register from "Make Registration".

■If you have not applied for your presentation yet : Apply using the Registration Form. You will be registered automatically by using this form and after it is completed, you will receive the ID and the password to login to your meeting's MYPAGE by e-mail.

After you succesfully submit your registration information, you will see Registation No. (S + 4 digit number) on your Meeting's MYPAGE. *It will also be sent by E-mail.

Use the meeting's original form which is attached in the "Kagaku-to-Kogyou (Chemistry & Chemical Industry)", or the transfer form in the post office. Don't forget to write your registration No. in the note.

(1) Pre-printed forms attached in the "Kagaku-to-Kogyou (Chemistry & Chemical Industry)"	(2) Blank forms at post office counters *Postal transfer charges must be paid by the participant.

We will deliver your attendance certificate and collection of papers (DVD or USB) in advance to the registrant who have completed their registration and payment until the deadline. Registrant who have completed their registration and payment until the deadline will be able to use the collection of papers in website. To use the collection of papers in website, you need your registration No. and registration password. You will also be able to use the collection of papers in website, after you have registered at door.

* For Residents Outside of Japan
Please note that we only ship documents in Japan. We cannot ship overseas and also we do not ship to freight forwarders. To receive your attendance certificate and collection of papers (DVD or USB), please come to General Reception at the event venue.
