QWill I be able to attend the annual meeting if I become a member of CSJ?

No, registration to become a member of CSJ and registration to attend the meeting is different. Even though you are a member of CSJ, you need to registrate for the annual meeting.
QI want to register to the meeting but I'm not sure which classification I should choose.

Your classification for the annual meeting is same as you member classification of CSJ. Check here for the detail information.
QCan I share the e-mail address that I used to apply with other people?

No, you can't. Please use your own address. The address you used for application will be used as the User ID for your meeting's MYPAGE. You can not use the same address again to make another application or registration. We recommend to set CC e-mail address for the people like following

Secretary who want to share information with the representative of the office.

QIs there any way to share my information of registration for the annual meeting with my professor?

Enter the e-mail addresses (3 at a maximum) of the people who you want to share the information with in "Email Address for CC." All the e-mails sent from Event Organization will be CC'd to the address entered. We recommend to set CC e-mail address for the people like following
Student who want to share information with laboratory's professors.
Secretary who want to share information with the representative of the office.

Use the meeting's original form which is attached in the "Kagaku-to Kogyou" (Chemistry & Chemical Industry)., or the transfer form in the post office.

QI wasn't able to finish payments until the deadline.

If we can not confirm the transfer until the deadline, the registration will be canceled automatically. Come to the General Reception at the day of the event and re-register. In that case the fee will change to at door charge.
QIs there anything to be aware of at the point of making registration to the meeting?

If you are a student and registered your University as Address for Documents, don't forget to write the laboratory name or your professor's name. Some universities don't accept documents to student in personal.

The right half of the transfer form will be your receipt. If you need a formal receipt send the right half of the transfer form that you used to the address bellow. We will send you the formal receipt in exchange.

QHow can a view the collection of papers in website?

If you wish to view the collection of papers in website, you need your User ID and Password. If you are a registrant from the web. It will be mentioned in the e-mail from the event organization. If you are a registrant at door, we will hand you the ID card at the event day, If you wish to view in advance, register from the web.
